1️⃣ Captain with Post Fixture (Operations) Experience – Dry Cargo
📍 Location: Manila, Philippines or New Delhi, India

Key Responsibilities
– Manage post-fixture operations including voyage planning, documentation, cargo handling, stowage, and holds cleaning.
– Ensure full compliance with charter party agreements and liaise with shipowners, charterers, and agents.
– Handle claims, laytime calculations, and demurrage/dispute resolution.

Qualifications:
– Master Mariner certification with solid bulk carrier sailing experience.
– Minimum 2 years in post-fixture operations or similar ship management roles.
– Strong knowledge of dry cargo operations, charter parties, and maritime law.
– Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

2️⃣ HSEQ Officer
📍 Location: Manila, Philippines or New Delhi, India

Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards onboard vessels.
– Support safety procedures, risk assessments, internal audits, and incident investigations.
– Liaise with Flag State Authorities and Classification Societies.
– Provide training and support for crew and shore staff on HSEQ improvements.

Qualifications:
– Relevant certification such as ISO or NEBOSH.
– Minimum 2 years’ maritime HSEQ experience, tanker management preferred.
– Strong knowledge of maritime regulations including ISM/ISPS codes and MLC 2006.
– Leadership skills and excellent communication.
