Maryam Shipmanagement announces the appointment of Captain Faouzi Fradi as Chief Executive Officer.

A Master Mariner with an international maritime career, Captain Fradi brings extensive leadership experience in shipmanagement, maritime operations and the development of maritime services. Throughout his career he has been closely involved in building new service platforms, introducing operational technologies and supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening seafarer knowledge and wellbeing.

Captain Fradi joins Maryam Shipmanagement at a significant moment in the company’s development, as it advances a focused programme of operational modernisation and positions itself as a responsive, owner-aligned alternative to larger ship management groups. The company also thanks Maurice Baker, former Managing Director, for his significant contribution and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
